We were so fortunate to work with Cory during our move to Frederick from out of state. He was efficient and helpful from the get-go -- he responded to my initial phone call in very short order and was willing to meet with us after-hours via Zoom to have our initial chat. We loved the dedication! Cory was also really great in helping us navigate the complexities of the move, from organizing showings that could fit into our schedule to keeping us informed and empowered during the entire process. I really don't know where to start because this entire team has been amazing!!!! Drew was recommended by a friend. His responsiveness from day 1 has been impeccable. Our first appointment he walked through our house and had a presentation ready to show me comps of other houses similar to ours. He asked us what is important to us, to understand our needs. Drew was able to give us a range of what we could list the house for and what the financials would like after closing. He explained the reasoning for the ranges in price by showing examples of similar homes in our area. This was all before we signed a contract. We signed with his team as our listing agent. Drew gave clear timelines, was always responsive, supported us every step of the way. He gave feedback and insight on staging the house, areas to fix up prior to listing and made the process seamless. Melanie was fantastic with logistics and scheduling. She was always just a phone call or email away. The listing photos were phenomenal. Our house was under contract before we even went to market!!! We are set to close in February. If I could give them 6 stars I would! Many businesses say they “go above and beyond” but Erik was one of the few that actually did. He works hard and was truly invested in helping us find the perfect home while we moved from out of state. He listened to us and was patient when we adjusted our preferences. He was available when we needed him, provided us with all kinds of information throughout the process, made recommendations when asked, and tended to anticipate our needs. Very professional but also very personable. Strongly recommended!
